In Tykes classes, we honor each individual child's needs and learning styles. While our tyke friends have SO much curiosity, feeling, and eagerness to learn, they can be challenged by their limited verbal skills. When tykes are in the room, we aim to provide lots of opportunities for language development through songs, stories, and social interaction. There is nothing more rewarding than watching this age group blossom into little humans right before our eyes each week.
Goals for Tykes classes:
Encourage engagement, creativity, and exploration
With week-after-week consistency, build familiarity and confidence as members of our classroom community
Try new things and build new skills!
Guide and empower caregivers to support their tyke on the child’s own terms, at their own pace creating a positive learning experience in and outside the studio
